Throughout their careers, Bobbie and Denny have been committed to the industry and been recognized for sales performance. Bobbie was President of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors (DABR) and Ohio Women’s Council of Realtors. Denny was a member of the DABR Board of Directors for 13 years. Both received top honors from DABR in the same year —Denny was Realtor/Broker of the Year in 1988 and Bobbie was Salesperson of the Year! Consistent recipients of selling honors from DABR and the Ohio Association of Realtors, they have been among the top performers for Coldwell Banker Heritage throughout their careers.

Real estate has been Denny’s only career. After graduating from the University of Dayton, a mentor encouraged him to consider real estate and he’s never looked back.  Denny was an owner/partner in Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors for 25 years.
